Best Deals at Winn-Dixie October 15th-October 21st

This week is a little disappointing but I was still able to find some "must buy" deals.

• Dixie Crystals Sugar, 4 lb, $1.67 (plus coupon)
• Bush's Chili Beans $1 (plus coupons)
