What can you get for free or dirt cheap with coupons this weekend?

Using coupons allows my family to have name brand items that we use for free or very cheap.  Is it worth the work?  Oh, yes!  When you have a stockpile you have an emergency fund of a different kind.  If an unexpected bill comes up you can choose to shop from your own stockpile instead of the stores for awhile.

I love this story that my friend, Michelle, told me recently.  It's nearing time for teachers and school support personnel to return to their jobs.  Many have not received a paycheck all summer and although teacher's do get paychecks they typically get them all at once in June.  Not the best situation even for budget minded people.  Anyway, Michelle's sweet mom is a school para.  She was getting ready for church when she realized she didn't have a bit of hairspray left in her can.  But she didn't panic like she may have in past summers.  She had plenty of cans saved up in her stockpile from earlier sales.  It may seems like a silly little thing but at that moment couponing and stockpiling showed their true worth.  Michelle's mom keeps smiling and looking pretty using up her stockpile all summer!
